These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at www.whatabuy.co.uk.

By accessing the Whatabuy.co.uk website and/or placing an order through the site, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. Using the Whatabuy.co.uk website indicates that you accept these terms and conditions regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website. Please Note: We may revise these terms and conditions at any time and we recommend you review the terms and conditions from time to time to keep up to date of the current terms and conditions that apply to your use of this website. Your contract for purchases made through this web site is with Whatabuy.co.uk and you undertake that all goods ordered by you are for your personal use only.

Our goal is to keep our website innovative and exciting so our content does not become out-dated or out-of-season so, we like to create and change our content across the site on a regular basis. In doing so, we cannot guarantee that something you may have seen on a previous visit will still feature on our website when you visit again.

Registration

Registration with Whatabuy.co.uk is not compulsory but should you choose to register with Whatabuy.co.uk, it is for a single user only. On registering, it is your responsibility to ensure the confidentiality of your account and password and that no unauthorised persons have access to them. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should let us know immediately if you suspect that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner. We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.

Product

We have made every effort to display the products featured as accurately as possible. However, all specification and colours on our products are subject to change without notice and actual product may vary slightly from the displayed photo. All photos used on our website are for guidance only. Whatabuy.co.uk also cannot be held responsible for any limitations of your computer monitor (display and colour capabilities) which may greatly affect the colours you actually see on the screen and to that of the actual product
While we endeavour to ensure that all information on our website is accurate, there may be occasions where errors occur i.e information featured may be incomplete, typographically incorrect or inaccurate. Any error is entirely unintentional and we offer apologises in advance if invalid information is reflected in the merchandise price or item availability. On discovering that an error has been made, we reserve the right to suspend your order and contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. We will not be obliged to fulfil an order for a product / supply goods which were advertised at an incorrect price. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and refund your order. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
We present our content 'as is' and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. In line with our policy of continuous improvement, we reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information or to discontinue any item as may be necessary without prior notification.

Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT (where applicable) and at the current rates but exclude carriage charges, which are added at the checkout page. You will always be charged the price that is displayed on the checkout page. If the price is reduced after you purchased the item at full price, we cannot refund the difference. Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this website.
All offers on this website are limited and subject to change and availability.
Orders
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered and you must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.
There will be no contract for the sale of any product between you and Whatabuy.co.uk unless and until Whatabuy.co.uk dispatches the product(s) ordered. Your order including payment is an offer to buy from us and not an acceptance of that offer until we actually send the products to you. At any point up until then, we may decide not to send the products to you and to give you a full refund. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you and unless you request your payment be returned we will offer you an alternative product or the placement of a backorder for the item(s). Whatabuy.co.uk is not obliged to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock and we may refuse to accept an order, where goods are not available. We may also refuse to accept an order where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment, if there has been a pricing or product description error; problems shipping to your destination or, if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
Prior to checkout you can amend the items in your shopping basket at any time by hovering over the checkout button at the top right hand corner of the page and clicking on the ‘edit my basket’ button within the drop down. This will take you to your basket where you can amend your order by removing products or editing the quantities and refreshing your total. When you are on the checkout page, you should see an ‘order summary’ box to the right of the page with an ‘edit my order’ button. This will take you back to your basket where you can amend or cancel your order by removing the products
At the moment the goods are despatched we will confirm that the product(s) have been despatched by a confirmation email. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Whatabuy.co.uk of your offer to buy goods from Whatabuy.co.uk. You can keep track of your order status yourself on-line within the ‘My Account’ module.
 If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform Whatabuy.co.uk as soon as possible. Please contact our service team at enquiries@whatabuy.co.uk between 09:00am and 5:00pm Monday – Friday.
Whatabuy.co.uk reserves the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, you will not be charged

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards. All credit and debit card payments are processed via a secure server and your card details are never transmitted un-encrypted. Payments must clear before any goods are despatched. Any purchase made via Whatabuy.co.uk will be billed and appear on your statement under the name Whatabuy.co.uk. Whatabuy.co.uk will not add any additional fees to your purchase if you pay via any of the card type supported.
 As part of our policy to protection against the fraudulent use of credit and debit cards, we conduct security checks on all our orders and to ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is your own and is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. We shall be entitled to process your data in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy. Please view this document for further information. All information provided by you will be treated securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order and we may disclose information about you and details of your order to various credit rating and fraud prevention companies to the extent that we are required to do so by law for the sole purpose of detecting and preventing fraudulent use of payment cards (for example, if requested to do so by the police or other Government authority investigating an illegal act).
You undertake that all details you provide to Whatabuy.co.uk for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
Service
Whatabuy.co.uk aims to arrange shipment of all ‘in stock’ items within 24 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends) however this timescale may increase during busy periods or public bank holiday periods.
We would however, like to think, your Whatabuy.co.uk order could be arriving with you quicker than expected and to help we’ve created a number of postage options that vary in cost and the time it takes for you order to reach you.

UK Standard Delivery

  • The delivery price will be automatically calculated at the checkout stage and is dependent upon the items ordered and their weight and dimensions
  • Normally 2-3 working day delivery
  • We’ll send your order out via courier
  • If you place your order before 2:00pm, the courier will aim to deliver your order within two (2) to three (3) working days. This excludes weekends and bank holidays. Please Note: next day delivery cannot be guaranteed
  • The courier will deliver your order between 08:30am and 5:30pm. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times
  • Your parcel will need to be signed for on delivery so, if you select this service someone will need to be available at the delivery address to sign for your order
  • Online tracking is available and will allow you to check your order’s progress during transit, giving you piece of mind and delivery confirmation. Your tracking reference will be provided on dispatch
  • If you miss your delivery, don’t worry, a calling card will be left by the courier with details to re-arrange delivery. This can be done over the phone by contacting the courier direct as per the instructions on the calling card
  • The courier will attempt to deliver your order up to three (3) times at your chosen delivery address prior to returning the goods to ourselves

UK Next Working Day Delivery

  • The delivery price will be automatically calculated at the checkout stage and is dependent upon the items ordered and their weight and dimensions
  • Normally a next working day delivery
  • We’ll send your order out via courier
  • To be eligible for UK Next Working Day Delivery, you will need to place your order before 2:00pm Monday – Friday. Please Note: Orders placed before 2:00pm on Friday will not be delivered until the next working day – Monday (excluding bank holidays)
  • The courier will deliver your order between 08:30am and 5:30pm. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times

Our main delivery providers are Royal Mail, City Link, UPS, UK Pallets, Crisis Worldwide; and Fed Ex.
Caution must be maintained when having goods sent to a work or alternative address as Whatabuy.co.uk will not accept liability for goods which have been signed for at the address or company to which the goods were delivered (other than the cardholders address at your request). We strongly recommend that you have the goods delivered to your home address as tracing can be difficult in these circumstances
Whilst Whatabuy.co.uk undertakes that every effort will be made to ensure that goods are delivered promptly, no liability will be accepted for delay in despatch or delivery of goods.

Returns


We want all of our customers to be as happy about products as we are which is why we make every effort to ensure your order is correct. If you’re not happy with your order, our standard Returns Policy (applicable to all purchases from Whatabuy.co.uk) will provide the necessary information should you need to return your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Written notice of a return request is essential and must be emailed to enquiries@whatabuy.co.uk prior to return of the product. Alternatively, you can complete a request to return an item via the return module in the ‘My Account’ menu. A return merchandise authorisation (“RMA”) reference will be provided.
We cannot accept a returned item without a valid RMA Reference.
Please read the following helpful hints to guide you in returning your order.
  • Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations 2000), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from date of delivery. If  for any reason (other than product is faulty or damaged) and you wish to cancel or return your order, you can send it back to us within 14 working days from the date of delivery and you’ll receive your money back (including postage).   • We cannot be held responsible for orders lost in transit and we strongly recommend that you return your order either by using registered post or obtaining a certificate of posting. Please ensure you retain this proof of posting for your own piece of mind until you receive your refund

  • If you have ordered beauty or grooming products, hygiene rules mean we cannot take these back if they have been used. If the product has been opened but is unused, we are able to accept the returned product. We check all items returned
  • It is important that the returned product is in the best possible condition so, please keep reasonable care of it and retain all packaging
  • We will offer a replacement or exchange product where possible prior to actioning a refund

Refunds


  • Refunds are issued on the payment method used at the time of purchase
  • Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within 14 working days from the day after the date the item is delivered we’ll refund the cost of the item including delivery as soon as possible but at the latest within thirty (30) days of notice of cancellation
  • You will need to return your item(s) within thirty (30) days of notice of cancellation. If we do not receive the item(s) after thirty (30) days, we reserve the right to cancel the refund
  • We check all items returned as ‘damaged’ or ‘faulty’. In the event we find no fault with a product returned, we reserve the right to cancel the refund and/or recharge you to recover our fees/expenses involved
  • A refund for a damaged/faulty item will not be processed until the damaged/faulty item is returned to us
  • Once we receive your order, we aim to get your money back to you as quickly as possible but please allow up to ten (10) working days for refunds to be made. If you’ve paid by credit or debit card, we automatically refund your money to the card which was used within the transaction
  • We cannot make any refunds to third parties

  • personal injury (including sickness and death) where such injury results from Whatabuy.co.uk’s negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation;

Dependent on the promotion, the appropriate promotional code will be applied to your order at the checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: If the promotional code is not entered before the order is completed ourselves at Whatabuy.co.uk regret that we are unable to retrieve the promotional code for you and we will be unable to reimburse you the promotional discount once the order has been placed. In this circumstance the order would need to be cancelled and re-ordered.

Warranties


All of our product is sold and delivered with a three (3) month warranty guarantee from the date of purchase.
Please retain your order summary document which is proof of purchase and will validate the date from which your guarantee will start. It is essential to keep your parcel summary document to preserve the guarantee. Please also retain the original packaging in case you need to return the product.
